Futaste laboratory construction situation
The Shandong Polyol Engineering Laboratory Project officially started construction in April 2010 and was completed and put into use in March 2012. The project has completed a total investment of 16.57 million yuan, and has set up a polyol technology research and development laboratory, engineering industry laboratory, training and exchange department and information center, and newly purchased automatic fermentation tanks, chromatography systems, HPLC, information platform construction and other advanced equipment. There are 42 fixed personnel and 15 passenger mobile workers. The polyol engineering laboratory is based on the research and development of high-value-added products such as polyols for deep processing of agricultural products, promoting structural adjustment and product optimization and upgrading of the polyol industry in our province, and developing high-quality, low-cost and suitable products for demand. Supporting technology, finally realize the transformation of technology into real productivity through market mechanism, realize industrialization demonstration, and improve the development level of polyol technology for biomass resource production in our province. At present, powdered xylitol, L-arabinose, high-purity crystalline fructose, D-ribose and other products with very good market prospects have been developed, which has enhanced the stamina for the company's development. Among them, high-purity crystalline fructose and L-arabinose were rated as national key new products.
Shandong Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. “Dezhou National Bio-Industry Base Polyol Pilot Service Center Project” officially started construction in January 2009, and was completed and put into operation at the end of March 2012, with a total investment of 39.875 million yuan. It is mainly built into a number of public pilot production service lines such as functional sugar, functional sugar alcohol, biological enzymes and biological fermentation in the national bio-industry pilot service in Texas. The main equipments purchased include 355 sets such as chromatographic separation, membrane separation, continuous ion exchange equipment, AKTA chromatography system, fermenter, analytical HPLC instruments and meters. Form a reasonable resource allocation for the base, improve the efficiency of resource use, achieve pilot and mass production of polyol products, and form a public service center in the base and industry. At present, the Center and Shandong University, Jiangnan University, etc. jointly undertake the research and development of the National 863 Program "Advanced Bio-manufacturing Project of Major Chemical Products in the Field of Biological and Medical Technology - Bio-Refining Technology of Chemical Polyols", and Shandong Institute of Light Industry, Jiangnan University Co-sponsored the research and development of the National Science and Technology Support Program project “Research and Demonstration of Pollutant Emission Reduction and Waste High Value Utilization Technology in Papermaking and Fermentation Industry – High-purity Clean Energy Technology and Demonstration of 1 Million Tons/year Fermentation High-concentration Terminal Wastewater Production” Cooperating with Beijing Youxin Emerging Biotechnology Center and Tianjin University to undertake the “Eleventh Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Program “The Key Technology Research and Application of China's Advantage Traditional Food Manufacturing Industry——Manufacture of Traditional Fermented Food (Starch Sugar, Yeast) Research and development of key technologies and applications.
