There are 152 technicians in Futaste Pharmaceutical, including 2 experts who enjoy special government allowances from the State Council, 4 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, 1 chief expert in food ingredients industry in Dezhou, 2 doctors and 36 graduate students. There are 87 undergraduates and 52 middle and senior technical titles, covering chemical, food, microbiology, pharmaceutical and other related majors. They have a good theoretical foundation, understand the dynamics within the industry, and can carry out targeted new products and new Research and development of technology.

Since its establishment, Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the management tenet of “developing by science and technology”, and its own research and development + joint development combined with research and development model. The company has established a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, postdoctoral research station, and national bio-industry base. The service center, the national xylose (xylitol) analysis and testing center and other scientific research platforms, and established cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Jiangnan University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, etc., and established cooperation with Shandong University. The National Sugar Engineering Technology Research Center has established a renewable resource utilization technology laboratory in cooperation with Tianjin University. The enterprise R&D technology center was established in February 1996, and was recognized as “provincial enterprise technology center” in January 2004. In November 2011, the enterprise technology center was adopted by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation. The five ministries and commissions were jointly identified as state-level enterprise technology centers.

In the use of talents, breaking academic qualifications and geographical restrictions, promoting the reuse of young people with innovative pioneering spirit and excellent academic performance, providing them with superior working conditions and necessary living conditions and other logistical support, and caring for talents. We have set up a reasonable level salary system, and implemented an annual salary system for some technicians. We adopted the “going out, please come in” approach and hold various training courses and seminars to train the center personnel.We have improved the logistics support system, built expert apartment buildings, and subsidized housing and transportation expenses.
